做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
