做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
