做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
