做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
