做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
