做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
