做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
