做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
