做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
