做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
