做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
