做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
