做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
