做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的(de )清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
