做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
