做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
