做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
