做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
