做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
