做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
