做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
