做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
