做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
