做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
