做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
