做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
