做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
