做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
