做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的(de )时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
