做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
