做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
