做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
