做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
