做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
