做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
