做法(fǎ ):洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
