做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
