做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
