做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
