做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
