做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
