做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
