做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
