做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
