做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
