做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
