做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
