做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
