做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
