做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
